I’ve always had a strong love for dogs and animals in general. My family has been raising hunting dogs since I was really young so I knew growing up I wanted my career to be around animals. I was in a Vet Tech program in school where we would have to take care of Beagles in a kennel setting and I loved it! I loved being able to take care of them and make them feel loved and comfortable while they were there.

When summer came, I started here and became very comfortable since I have already been in this type of setting for school. I have been here for 4 years now. I started out as a daycare attendant and worked my way up to Assistant manager. I love all the four-legged friends I’ve made here and love that I get the chance to know and take care of them!
