What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday: 7 am - 6 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 4 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 10 am & 7 pm - 8 pm
*Sunday hours operate for pick up and drop off for boarding only
Are you open on holidays?
We are closed to the public on Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. There will be no check-ins or check-outs permitted on holidays. The facility is staffed, but the lobby will be closed and unavailable.
What is Happy Hounds policy in case of an emergency?
We will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact immediately. Veterinary care will be administered based on your preferences or, if unavailable, at our discretion. We recommend leaving a signed note outlining your preferences. Happy Hounds is not responsible for any veterinary costs incurred during your pet’s stay.
What is required for new dogs?
New customers must provide updated vaccine records from a licensed vet and proof of spay/neuter for daycare and boarding. All dogs must pass a temperament test prior to joining social activities.

Daycare
What is required for my dog to attend daycare?
Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, spayed/neutered (if over 6 months), and pass a temperament test. Only vet-administered vaccines are accepted.
What is the price for daycare?
Half Day (up to 5 hours): $19
Full Day (5+ hours): $25

Are all dogs together for daycare?
No. We separate dogs by size. Small dogs have 1,133 sq ft and large dogs have 2,202 sq ft. We also provide private areas for rest or alone time.
Can I see my dog during daycare?
Yes, we offer webcams for all daycare areas. View our daycare webcams.
Are dogs monitored during daycare?
Yes, CPR-trained staff provide constant supervision in the daycare areas.
Boarding
What is required for my dog to be boarded?
Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, spayed/neutered (if over 6 months), and pass a temperament test. Only vet-administered vaccines are accepted.
What options do you have for dog boarding?
We offer Premier, Luxury, Executive, and Presidential Suites. Luxury and higher include webcams. Learn more about our boarding options.
What are the rates for boarding?
Premier: $42 / $76 (2 dogs) / $110 (3 dogs)
Luxury: $46 / $82 / $118
Executive: $50 / $90 / $130
Presidential: $67 / $120 / $173
What do I need to bring when I board my dog?
Bring bedding or blankets (Happy Hounds not liable for damage), enough food for the stay, and optional toys/treats (at staff’s discretion).
Is daycare included when my dog is being boarded?
Yes! Boarding guests enjoy full access to daycare during their stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 days in advance for holidays and 48 hours for non-holiday stays. If extending your pet's stay, notify us at least 24 hours before the expected pick-up. We’ll work with you during unforeseen events.
When can I pick up my dog from boarding?
Check-out is at noon the next day. Late pick-up (after 12 PM) will incur a $12 per dog fee. If delays arise, please notify our staff.
Grooming
What kind of grooming services do you offer?
We offer two grooming packages—our Premium Package and Super Spa Package—plus add-ons and extra pampering services like nail trimming and ear cleaning. Visit our Grooming page for full details.
Training
Are your trainers certified?
Yes! Our trainers are certified by the Animal Behavior College.
What kind of courses do you offer?
We offer: Obedience 1 - Beginner, Obedience 1 - Intermediate, Obedience 2, and Obedience 3.
What training class options do you offer?
Private Lessons: $75 per lesson, 6-week program, 1-hour sessions. Homework provided weekly. Dogs do not need to be spayed/neutered.
Daycare and Train: $780, 5-week program, 12 total sessions. Includes daycare and over an hour of daily training. Spay/neuter required.
Board and Train: $1500, 2-week program. Daily training + daycare, overnight in Executive Suites. Includes 2 post-program owner sessions. Spay/neuter required.
Do you use treats when training?
Yes. Treats are used in the early stages and gradually phased out as your dog progresses.
