This policy explains what information Happy Hounds Hotel & Day Spa ("we", "us") collects through www.happyhoundshotel.com, how it is used, and who handles it on our behalf.

Information you give us

Our online forms run on our own website. Contact messages are emailed to us and are not stored on the website. Everything else you send through a form, including uploaded files, is encrypted the moment it arrives and can be opened only by authorized Happy Hounds Hotel staff through a secure staff portal. It is deleted from the website after 14 days unless our staff choose to keep it longer. Depending on the form, we ask for:

  • Guest Registration: owner names, address, home, cell and work phone numbers, email, an emergency contact, authorization to contact your veterinarian, and details about your dog.
  • Vaccine records: the files you upload, the owner's name, your dog's name and a phone number or email.
  • Grooming booking and training registration: your contact details and details about your dog and the service requested.
  • Employment application: the contact and employment information the application asks for.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.

We use this information to provide and schedule our services, keep required vaccine records, contact you or your emergency contact about your dog, and consider job applications. We do not sell your information.
